The local tax rate is € 2.40 per person per night. Children under 14 years of age are not charged.

Cancellation conditions
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers Code is not contemplated - however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
For cancellations made up to 31 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged. The deposit will not be refunded. The amount paid will be credited to you for 1 year and can be redeemed for a holiday with us within one year.
For cancellations within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, 40% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 14 to 8 days prior to arrival, 60% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total booking will be charged.
In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 70% of the amount paid for the missing days.

We recommend you to effect a travel cancellation insurance to provide financial cover in cases where you have to cancel your holidays due to major reasons.
